What hosting covers

Hosting is $39 a month. I keep the site online, fast and secure.

What's in it

• Hosting. The site stays up, day and night.
• HTTPS. The padlock in the browser, so visitors don't get a "Not secure" warning.
• Backups. Saved copies, so a mistake can be undone.
• Updates. The parts behind the site kept current.
• Uptime checks. Something watches the site, and I'm the one who gets the alert if it goes down.

What's not in it

Changes to the site. Hosting keeps it running. It doesn't swap a photo or change your hours. Those are hourly help at $100 an hour, or they come out of your monthly hours on Steady or Busy.

You don't have to host with me

Hosting is optional. If you paid for the build, you can take the files and host them anywhere. Hosting goes month to month, and you can cancel any time.
