Here's exactly what happens, so there are no surprises. If anything worries you, tell us when you book.

What we'll do

Say hello (5 minutes)Coffee, tea or water while we check your insurance. No clipboard if you did the forms online.
Talk first (10 minutes)Your dentist asks what's bothering you, if anything, and how you like to be treated.
Exam and X-rays (15 minutes)Low-dose digital X-rays. You see the pictures on screen as we do.
Cleaning (30 minutes)Gentle by default. Ask for numbing gel if your gums are sensitive.
Your planAnything you need, in order of importance, with a price for each. Nothing is booked unless you ask.

Two short forms, about five minutes on a phone. We text you the link after you book.

Health historySent by textMedicines, allergies, anything we should know.
Insurance detailsSent by textA photo of the front and back of your card is enough.

Bring: a photo ID and your insurance card. Kids under 18 come with a parent or guardian the first time.
